This bastard Brian Kight is a lying, dishonest, contract-breaking son of a bitch. And he did this to my house which he built almost across the street from HIM. He intentionally halted building (2 weeks in a row I drove to the site from Dublin, OH., and if even Brian was there, it was a miracle. He just laughed it off because he knew the sales contract would expire, allowing him to renege on, worst of all, the PRICE. We also had a contract for him to pay me for the appliances I'd purchased - on closing day, he just laughed that off too. This is AFTER I'd sanded/primed/painted ALL interior walls (+$2000 - more like $4K if we count my labor) plus, due to our so-called "mutual trust situation" had ALL of our personally bought appliances installed. Once they were installed, he stopped al work to let the sales deadline to expire, knowing what hassle it would be for us to un-install them.
You wouldn't even believe what our requested "STONE" fireplace looked like LOL (email me for a picture). His name should be Fred Flintstone because that's what he thinks a house is supposed to look like.
