We are located in the northwest corner of Ohio near the town of Montpelier. We have been in the Maple Syrup business since 1965. Our syrup is made from the sap of Hard Maple trees. Experience has taught us that these trees yield better syrup than Soft and other types of Maple trees. Our syrup is produced in a stainless steel evaporator over a wood fire.
