Due to P Michael's lack of due diligence on my case, he managed to flop my H1B application (preceded by J1 home residency requirement). I was denied reentry for one year when I expected to get an H1B in Canada and return without problems. I didn't even get a chance to take care of my car and apartment in Peoria, IL. In my book, that's called malpractice!! P Michael basically deserted my case when I needed his help the most. The company I worked for then hooked me up with another firm and stopped referring him. P Michael fights for no one but his pocket book. He only takes the easy cases and when faced with a problem he created himself, he didn't want to know about it.
