Berkshire Township is a township in Delaware County. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 5,857 people. The township is home to several places of interest, such as the Alum Creek State Park, the Hoover Reservoir, and the historic Galena Village. The largest employers in the township are the Olentangy Local School District, the Berkshire Golf Club, and the Nationwide Children's Hospital.
