About
Blackbird Baking Company creates artisan breads rustic pastries espresso coffee and tea; all products made by hand from scratch and fresh daily. Blackbird opened in June of 2009, a collaboration between husband and wife Tom and Adria Clark. The pair met in Portland, Oregon, where Tom, a Lakewood native, acquired his baker training. They relocated to the Cleveland area in 2007 with the intention of opening their own neighborhood bakery, and the rest is history!
