Francisco Frankie Fingaz Montes grew up in the lower Westside of Cleveland Ohio. His dream was to own an establishment where both men and women could go for the best haircuts and styles. Most of all providing a safe and welcoming place that feels like home while creating a cornerstone for the community.
Frankie also creates pathways to success by providing young barbers a chance to learn and grow by becoming licensed professionals in a professional barber shop with his industry-leading team.
He believes a strong sense of community is the key to success.
