New Franklin, Ohio
New Franklin is a city in Summit County. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 14,227 people. Some of the places of interest in New Franklin are the Portage Lakes State Park, which offers boating, fishing and hiking opportunities; the Turkeyfoot Golf Course, which is a scenic 18-hole course; and the Manchester Historical Society Museum, which displays artifacts and exhibits related to the history of the area. The largest employers in New Franklin are the New Franklin Local School District, which employs about 300 people; the City of New Franklin, which employs about 100 people; and the Portage Lakes Career Center, which provides vocational education and training to students and adults.
