Hamilton County is located in the southwestern corner of Ohio, with a population of 830,639 as of the 2020 census, making it the third-most populous county in the state. The county seat and largest city is Cincinnati, and it is part of the Cincinnati-Middletown, OH-KY-IN Metropolitan Statistical Area.
